Junior Minister John McGuinness gave an interview on Newstalk’s Lunchtime Show regarding this week’s proceedings at the Mahon Tribunal this afternoon – Newstalk have press released the interview with quotes after the jump. According to Newstalk Dan Boyle has emerged from Government Buildings and confirmed that a text has been agreed between Fianna Fail and the Green Party for a programme for government.  Bertie Ahern and Trevor Sargent will sign off on it later this afternoon.

The Green Party delegation have taken a one hour break from the talks with Fianna Fail on the formation of a government.
