Allen, micandidate remind me a bit of the Evening Herald model for advertising revenue. If you were someone renting out a room you had to pay them for the placement of the ad, and if you were someone looking for a room you had to buy the Herald to read the ad. They were getting it from both sides, and frankly coining it.

Now you just use Daft. So micandidate is basically an old world revenue model in a web 2.0 world. Good luck to them if they can get away with it, but who in Enterprise Ireland thought this model made for a High Potential Startup?

MiCandidate are running Google banner ads across the top of politicians' profiles. So, pols pay a monthly fee to have visitors click through a google ad on their profile page? Ridiculous.
