		<description>..... but, it was leaked/trailed that Darling would alter UK rules to encourage non-doms to stay in the UK.... &#039;following lobbying from the city&#039; so who&#039;s the city&#039;s darling then....? 

BTW 1, the EU has been looking at the &#039;domicile/resident&#039; thing; there is a blatent mismatch between all the revenue rules about residence, number of days in a country, etc., and free movement of labour. 

BTW 2, why doesn&#039;t JP become a Swiss?? he surely cannot prefer being from Limerick??</description>
