A salmonella outbreak affecting 83 people in the UK and Ireland may be linked to a meat supplier in the Irish Republic, regulators there think.

I think that the above incident is very well timed in the current anti- Lisbon Treaty and WTO talks environment. Anyone can see that corruption is well ahead of us all in the EU and it is becoming a real issue. People really need to be paying attention to what is happening here. Remember what the Irish (and most Euro. but especially Irish) farmers were protesting about re: WTO talks and link that to the recent Lisbon Treaty. They will discredit the products of those who do not and will not conform to their political whims.</description>
