I’ve lost over a stone in the last month.” “I suppose it’s a mixture of nervous energy and constant exercise. I haven’t changed my diet at all but I can definitely feel a difference and my constituents are noticing it too.” “The G.I (glycemic index) diet works on the premise that there are certain foods you can eat that leave you with a feeling of fullness for longer.” “I’m nearing the end of my campaign and I’m working extremely hard so that my ‘G.E diet’ will leave me with a similar “feeling of fullness” long after May 24th!”, concluded O’Connor.
