I suppose it largely depends on what fuel is used, doesn’t it?
1. I sincerely doubt it is a bio-diesal car.
2. Hyprid SUV’s are still high emission cars.
They are run on some bio-fuel mix thing. I don’t know anymore than that, but it is not as straight-forward as it may seem on first inspection.
They are still more polluting then a normal car

…. this is the chap who says he wants to go into government with the greens, and they have said that they want to go into government with him. The whole thing is just hilarious.
