Minister for the Environment Dick Roche has proposed a third World soloution to Ireland’s election register problem.
The Irish Examiner reports today that the Minister has suggested that voters could have their fingers marked with Indellible Ink, similar to what was used during the Iraqi elections, when they have cast their vote.
