Dec 7th 2007, will be a national holiday to celebrate this great mans payrise, €730 per week. This will be 2 days after the budget when the workers who built the economy do not get the tax cuts promised during election 2007. We are encouraging people to not go to work on this day, anybody who feels the need to work should wear all black in solidarity with the protest against the lack of standards/ethics of this man and his government..
The most effective way of getting rid of Ahern & his cronies is to cut off the money supply - viz. PAYE & Corporation Tax.
If those in the private sector - who pay his bloated “take” (and I deliberately don’t call it “wages” as he works for FF - not the country)- if they withhold their taxes until they get an unconditional guarantee of value for money from Ahern & FF, we might see soem positive action.
No amount of rhetoric; blogs; letters to the IT or protest marches or token protests will work.
It has worked in the past.
Without his €730 a week - plus the car - & expenses - & overseas trip for himself & his various mistresses & cronies - Ahern is “Brown Bread”.
Cut of his money supply NOW. Don’t wait until December 7th.
