Tomorrow’s Education Protest

Read more about: Education, Grassroots, Ireland, Web Roundup

I am just wondering if any of our readers/bloggers are heading along to the education protest at Leinster House tomorrow evening? If so - and you fancy doing some blogging from there - could you get in touch via the comments or the email to arrange something with us here?

Thanks

Whats the point? Just more headless chickens who haven’t a clue about the reality of the economic situation!!

80% of the education is salaries

Perhaps if the teachers are so concerned, they might consider a pay cut or freeze as they have safe jobs for life with pensions

Of course it is. Whats your point it is a labour intensive industry. We want to attract highly skilled people into the field. Morris how about you take a pay cut. I am sure the company you work for (guess you work) could do with the extra money to invest in more innovation.
