Anyone going to be at the Sligo/Nth Leitrim count?

  2. # Comment by Cian May 24th, 2007 17:05

Yeah we should have someone there. You want to join them?

  3. # Comment by Embarr May 24th, 2007 17:05

Is there an available list of where the count centres are? It would make it easier to know if you’d be near one.

Will be in the well tomorrow for Limerick, If someone knows, will these places have wifi or an internet connection of some sort?

  7. # Comment by braz May 24th, 2007 21:05

Squid - hope there is something there tomorrow or I’ll be as irated as you but from http://www.limerickraces.ie/exhibition-venue.htm looks like there should be WIFI. You know there are two kinds of tickets, one for upstairs (not the count) and one for downstairs (the actual count)?

For those you are really lazy and want to use MySay without any real confusion, here’s a tip for Nokia phone users.
Add the MySay number to your contact list as normal, then to add a pause in the call you click the * (star) key three times until the letter ‘p’ appears. Then you can simply add the number *26868# and save the contact. This should allow you to simply dial the contact you’ve stored for the IrishElection MySay Count and you can get straight to talking without having to play with fiddly buttons or passwords every time!

If the pause is not long enough (I’ve tried it and it works but..) you can simply add a second pause in the same manner as the first. Again this is for Nokia phones, I’m not sure if it works with other makes as I’ve only got a Nokia to test it with.

    Yeah, I’ll be there.

Braz, thanks for the shortcut. It’s brilliant…phew! Mysay sanity!

This works for Sony Ericsson phones too but instead you hold down the star for a second and the p appears.
