Morgan Stack the 9/11 canidate.

Read more about: Cork South Central, Kerry North

Morgan Stack is the guy running on the 9/11 was a government conspiracy ticket in Kerry North and Cork South Central. Strange video, in some respects apart from the subject but also the credits at the start of the video. The video is quiet well shot (. And clearly has film talent and/or money behind it. Which as an email was sent out on his mailing list on the 12/08/06 asking for fund-raising to pay for his car insurance amongst other things I guess it is free talent. We interviewed Morgan Stack last year. On the subject of the claims there has been much rebuttal of the claims such as this piece in Popular Mechanics . However on this Morgan Stack said in the interview.

The article in Popular Mechanics was self rebutting however when you realise that the person who wrote it was the cousin of the Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff.

Personally I don’t believe but make of it what you will. Below the fold is the Loose Change documentary that outlines his case.

Firstly, Loose Change and the vast majority of its points have been completely discredited - usually after the application of the slightest bit of logic to the claims. The BBC Documentary on the 9/11 Truth committee is a perfect example of this.

Secondly, he claims to be able to prove that all the terrorist attacks listed were in fact the creation of US or other Government intelligence and not terrorists - he simply cannot and is being completely misleading to suggest that he or anyone else can.

Thirdly, he must be aware of America’s isolationist approach to world politics since 9/11 and as such must be able to recognise the futility of a single, Independent Irish TD questioning the actions of the world’s Hyperpower… I’m not suggesting that just because the USA won’t listen we should shut up, but when you’re running for election to office you’re supposed to be serving your people’s needs, not feeding your fantasies and screaming at a brick wall which has no direct daily influence on your constituent’s lives.

I have absolutely no problem with people who question the official line, in fact I think it’s vital no matter what the circumstances but from what I can see the 9/11 Truth Commission are a bunch of paranoid dilussionals whom are simply looking for a fantastic explanation where there’s a perfectly simple one… I do believe the US could have stopped 9/11 had it paid attention to the warning signs, but (I believe) there’s a saying for this which goes something like “don’t assume conspiracy where incompetence is the most likely reason”.

Yeah, but can he get the health board to give me a medical card, or the council to give me a bin waiver. This is what gets people elected in this country, not conspiracy theories.

George Monbiot mentioned this in his second article on the 9/11 conspiracy theorists. Apparently Benjamin Chertoff is not a cousin but he may be a distant relation.

    Bayoneting a Scarecrow

The 9/11 truthers remind me of nothing so much as the climate-change deniers, cherry-picking their evidence, seizing any excuse for ignoring the arguments of their opponents. Witness the respondents to my Loose Change column who maintain that the magazine Popular Mechanics, which has ripped the demolition theories apart, is a government front. They know this because one of its editors, Benjamin Chertoff, is the brother/nephew/first cousin of the US Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. (They are, as far as Benjamin can discover, unrelated, but what does he know?(4)).

Like the millenarian fantasies which helped to destroy the Levellers as a political force in the mid-17th century, this crazy distraction presents a mortal danger to popular oppositional movements. If I were Bush or Blair, nothing would please me more than to see my opponents making idiots of themselves, while devoting their lives to chasing a phantom. But as a controlled asset of the New World Order, I would say that, wouldn’t I? It’s all part of the plot.

…The most exhaustive debunking is found in a March 2005 article in Popular Mechanics, extended and released as a book this summer, which meticulously strikes down the movement’s central scientific claims. James Meigs, the magazine’s editor-in-chief, says none of the so-called evidence stood up to scrutiny, but that he can understand why people have been swayed by 9/11 Truth’s endless footnotes and citations. “It has the appearance of being scholarly,” he says. “But when you dig down, you see that it’s not.” Conspiracy theorists have an answer to that, too. They assert that Benjamin Chertoff, a researcher on the project, is a cousin of homeland security chief Michael Chertoff. He’s not, though he may be distantly related. “No one in my family has ever met anyone related to Michael Chertoff,” he says….

    To Adam,

You say that Loose Change has been discredited and cite the BBC show as evidence for your claim.

Why don’t we put BOTH to the side for a moment?

According to the OFFICIAL 9/11 story as cited in the NIST August 2006 Fact Sheet (Answers to Frequently Asked Questions) it states,

“NIST estimated the elapsed times for the first exterior panels to strike the ground after the collapse initiated in each of the towers to be approximately 11 seconds for WTC 1 and approximately 9 seconds for WTC 2.” (Question #6.)

Now considering the following from Dr. Judy Wood:

“Let’s consider the minimum time it would take a blue billiard ball to hit the pavement from the same height, more than 1/4 mile below (see link). Start the timer when the ball is dropped from the roof of WTC1. We’ll assume this is in a vacuum, with no air resistance.

As it falls, it accelerates. If it were in a vacuum, it would hit the pavement, 1368 feet below, in 9.22 seconds, shown by the blue curve in the figure, below. It will take longer if air resistance is considered, but for simplicity, we’ll neglect air resistance.”

How does a 110 story building with 47 massive steel core columns dissolve into dust at approximately the same time that it would take a billiard ball from the same height to hit the ground?

How exactly did that happen do you think?

If I’m a ‘paranoid delusional’ then you’ll have no problem telling me how that happened. Right?

And when you’re finished that have a look at the photos from Ground Zero on page 20 to 40 especially of this pdf, and tell me where the rubble from the towers has gone. That should be no problem when you have no ‘delusions’ to cope with unlike some.
