Yesterday, Minister for Health and Children (yes, that IS her portfolio), Mary Harney, declared that the crisis in the country’s A&E departments is a “national emergency“.
Ooh. Well spotted. It only took you almost two f*cking years. You’re a sharp one, aren’t you Mazzers? And that’s not counting the shambolic state of the health system BEFORE you stepped into the Health Minister role; the reason WHY you took the job, AND why you insisted that you’d have it sorted out “in months”.
