Didn’t the PDs have exactly the same promise on tax for the 2002 campaign? And how did they do on that? Cut the rate from 42% to 41% in the last budget of the current government. That is it. Tax bands didn’t even keep pace with inflation for their first 3 budgets.
They’re trying to out recycling the Greens at this point.
