Northern Representation in the Dail

There is that old saying I like. No Tax without representation. But despite the normal interpretation there is another way you can read it. No representation without tax. Basically why should people have a say in how we run our country if they don’t have any input to it or dependence on it. Now I am not like Wulbeorn (where have you gone) and calling for welfare recepiants to lose the vote. What I am talking about is Northern Representation in the Dail.
The reason that Sinn Fein wants Northern Representation in the Dail is two reasons. One there basically republican view. The other is that they know that they are not going tobe the forse they are in North in the South. So what better way to push their neo-Marxist philosophy then to increase their vote by using their power in the North (which I wager is not due to most Northern Nationalist being far-left) to increase their influence in the South.
Irish Election are pleased to announce our collection of Irish
I can’t see Sinn Fein IRA ever going beyond 5-6 seats. I have faith that beyond a small core of largely uneducated unemployed voters the majority of the population recognizes Sinn Fein IRA to be the single biggest threat to the economic and social future of this country (significantly ahead of international threats such as climate change). Sinn Fein IRA’s economic policy is to take everything from those who have and give to those who have not. For this reason they will never have the same strength in the Republic that they do in Northern Ireland because the social deprivation in areas of the North that drives people to vote for a Marxist revolutionary organization no longer exists in the South. As Northern Ireland settles into the economic boom that is the peace dividend then voters there will also see Sinn Fein IRA as a threat to the wealth they will start to accumulate. We are living through the peak of Sinn Fein IRA. Their time will pass just so long as we resist them in the short term.
